Join ACER and the author of our newest addition to ACER’s HR suite of assessments, the Adult Resilience Scale, occupational psychologist, Denis Flores.

Following our popular introductory webinar on the Adult Resilience Scale, presented by the author Denis Flores, we are hosting another webinar event to discuss using the Adult Resilience Scale in organisations.

Based on the government sector and emergency services, the Adult Resilience Scale utilised a large international database for its development, which resulted in a 75-item scale and 5 dimensions of resilience:

  1. Threat Perception (The Adult Resilience Scale pays particular attention to Threat Perception, as it provides a context for the candidate’s overall behaviour and emotions).
  2. Adjustment
  3. Decision Making
  4. Coping
  5. Recovery.

The Adult Resilience Scale provides a framework for developing resilience skills and capabilities in organisations. In this webinar author Denis will discuss the development of the Adult Resilience Scale and its application across several business sectors including transport and emergency services.
