The Working Styles Assessment (WSA) assesses a person's work-related personality traits-the traits that are related to effective job performance.
The WSA helps users understand their own work preferences and approaches, allowing them to identify potentially satisfying occupations and providing the foundation for work with a career counsellor. It also assists hiring managers identify the working styles they value in employees and select applicants based on the degree to which they possess those working styles.
The WSA is available as on online assessment via PARiConnect.
The hard-copy WSA Manual can assist practitioners with interpreting their WSA Online Reports, and also provides a theoretical background and the psychometric properties of the WSA.
