CFSEI–3 Intermediate Profile/Scoring Form (pkg 50)

The Culture Free Self-Esteem Inventories 3rd ed. (CFSEI-3) is a set of self-report inventories used to determine the level of self-esteem in students ages 6 through 18 years 11 months.

It includes three age-appropriate forms: Primary, Intermediate, and Adolescent. All three forms provide a Global Self-Esteem Quotient (GSEQ).

The Intermediate and Adolescent Forms provide self-esteem scores in 4 areas (Academic, General, Parental/Home, and Social), whilst the Adolescent Form provides an additional self-esteem score (Personal Self-Esteem). A defensive measure is also provided to assess the extent to which an examinee's responses are guarded.

The CFSEI-3 Intermediate Profile/Scoring Form is used by the examiner to score. The examiner will transfer the item scores from the Student Response Form to the blanks beside each item number on the back of the Profile/Scoring Form.

Section II records the raw scores that was summed for each subscale. The GSEQ is determined with the information made available by the Profile/Scoring Form.
