IBT test questions are based on reasoning and thinking skills in each subject area rather than knowledge of particular curriculum content.

The IBT Student Resource Pack provides an indication of the type of test questions included in the IBT tests at each level. The Student Resource Pack gives candidates an opportunity to reflect on the types of skills required but it is not designed to teach candidates these skills. ACER has written this pack to help students become familiar with the style and content of the questions at the required level of IBT.
