Conners CBRS Clinical Index Handscored Kit

The Conners Comprehensive Behavior Rating Scales (Conners CBRS) is designed to provide a complete overview of child and adolescent concerns and disorders. The age range for the CBRS is 6-18 for the parent and teacher forms, and 8-18 for the self-report forms.

The Conners Clinical Index (Conners CI) items were taken from the Conners CBRS form. The 24 items used on the Conners CBRS form to calculate the Conners Clinical Index Score are used on the Conners CI. The Conners CI is available as a standalone form.

The Conners CI forms are useful as a quick screening and pre-evaluation instrument to see if further evaluation is warranted for Disruptive Behaviour Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Learning and Language Disorders, and ADHD.

Unlike the full scale Conners CBRS, the Conners CI can be handscored (via Quickscore Forms) or completed and/or scored online via the MHS Online Assessment Center.
