EQ-i YV (Youth Version) Online Form (pkg 5)

The Emotional Quotient Inventory: Youth Version (EQ-i YV) measures the level of social and emotional functioning in children and adolescents, aged 7-18 years.

Based on the original EQ-i for adults, the EQ-i:YV highlights areas of positive functioning as well as areas for development. Used by psychologists, school counsellors and psychiatrists, the EQ-i YV aids in identifying an individual's strengths and weaknesses in order to help that individual develop the skills needed for academic, personal, and social success.

The EQ-i YV is administered and scored online through the MHS Assessment Center+. The MHS Assessment Center+ provides professionals the ability to administer, score and generate reports online. It also allows for printing of forms for client completion, and response entry from paper administrations.

The EQ-i YV Online Form allows completion of the EQ-i YV Form online (60 items). The child/adolescent (7-18 years) will select and enter their responses online (the clinician is then provided with a report). This option requires 1 Online Form per client.

For individuals who do not wish to administer the EQ-i YV assessments online, the MHS Assessment Center+ provides the capability of printing paper-and-pencil forms on demand. This option requires 1 Online Response Form (allows the printing of 1 Form, and online scoring and reporting).
