The Feelings, Attitudes, and Behaviors Scale for Children (FAB-C) provides insight into a young child's feelings and attitudes that may be contributing to certain behaviours. It is used as a screening tool in schools, outpatient clinics, residential treatment centres, and child protective services.
The FAB-C can be used to complement parent and teacher ratings of the Conners 3, the Conners CBRS, and other assessments.
The FAB-C Quickscore Form is completed by the child respondent. The child will select "Yes" or "No" for the statements presented.
The QuickScore Form allows the child to write on the external layers of the form, and the results then transfer through to the hidden scoring grid within. The examiner uses these internal layers to calculate the results.
