The Inventory For Client And Agency Planning (ICAP) is used to measure adaptive and maladaptive behaviours.
The ICAP can be used to assess individuals with developmental disabilities, the elderly, or those who have become handicapped as adults through accident or illness. Often, these individuals need special assistance at home, at school and at work, and the ICAP can identify the skills requiring assistance to allow the individuals to live as independently as possible.
The 16-page ICAP Response Booklet is self-administered, and is used to record the ICAP information. It is completed by a respondent who has known the client for at least 3 months, who sees them on a day-to-day basis. The ICAP items are checked off.

S1: Psychology
• Masters degree in Psychology, OR evidence of equivalent level of study.
S2: Speech Therapist
