The Jackson Personality Inventory-Revised (JPI-R) was designed to assess personality traits to predict an individual’s behaviour in a variety of settings and environments, including work, education, teams, and interpersonal situations.
The JPI-R consists of 300 True/False items, which form 15 scales that are grouped into five higher-order clusters:
The JPI-R can be used in counselling and clinical settings, in business and industrial settings, in psychological research, by counsellors seeking to examine clients’ personality trait information at either the cluster or individual scale level and by psychologists looking for detailed trait information to include in a selection battery.
