The Job Stress Survey (JSS) can be used to identify sources of stress in the workplace in individuals ages 18 and older. It provides valuable information about the specific aspects of a particular job or work environment that may be good targets for job redesign, organisational change, or other interventions.
The client indicates on a scale of 0 to 9+ days how often each JSS stressor event has occurred during the preceding 6 months.
The JSS Test Booklet consists of the 30 JSS test items. It is a carbonated booklet, so responses are recorded on the scoring pages that are located beneath the rating pages.

- A registered psychologist with AHPRA registration number

- Supervisor’s APHRA registration number
- Letter outlining supervisory arrangements
- APHRA registration number
