NEO-FFI Form S Item Booklet for Adults (pkg 25)

The NEO-FFI Form S Item Booklet for Adults contains the 60 NEO FFI items. A separate Answer Sheet is used to collect the responses.

Form S Item Booklets are used to obtain self-reports.

Instructions are provided to the respondent on the first page, outlining how to mark on the Answer Sheet. The respondents demographic information and item responses are reproduced on the bottom sheet, which provides templates for scoring to domain scales, and allows for the conversion of raw scores to T scores.
