The SPM-P includes both a Home Form, completed by the parent, and a School Form, completed by the preschool teacher or day care provider. Within each sensory system, the SPM-P items also reveal specific problems, including under- and over-responsiveness, sensory-seeking behaviour, and perceptual problems. In addition, the items provide information on the senses of taste and smell.
The online SPM-P is accessed via the WPS Online Evaluation System (platform.wpspublish.com). Upon purchase, an online activation code including instructions will be emailed to you. Each use includes administration, scoring, Score Report, Progress Report, and printable Response Sheet. A use is consumed when an Online Form is scored.
Online SPM-P Home Forms are sold in bundles of 5, 10 and 25.
