The Working Styles Assessment (WSA) assesses a person's work-related personality traits-the traits that are related to effective job performance.
The WSA helps users understand their own work preferences and approaches, allowing them to identify potentially satisfying occupations and providing the foundation for work with a career counsellor. It also assists hiring managers identify the working styles they value in employees and select applicants based on the degree to which they possess those working styles.
The WSA is available as on online assessment via PARiConnect.
The Online WSA Personnel Selection Reports offer an Applicant-Job Fit Assessment, which matches applicant characteristics to job characteristics, as well as sample interview questions designed to probe each of the 18 working styles. This report is based on response data from a completed i-Admin.
