Read, Write and Draw

Exploring words with multiple meanings is a vital part of developing children's vocabulary knowledge. Read, Write and Draw provides teachers with an engaging way to apply and practise key literacy skills.

Read, Write and Draw provides children a way of showing their understanding of the word, phrases or sentence focusing on the phonemes/graphemes in Stages Plus 4, 5 & 6 of the Little Learnes Love Literacy program.

Stage 4 Plus practises the phoneme/grapheme knowledge from Stage 1-4. It also introduces reading and writing words, phrases and sentences with and without 's', for example run/runs, and double consonants (ll, ss, ff)

Stage 5 practises reading and writing words, phrases and sentences with adjacent consonants and the digraph 'ck'.

Stage 6 practises reading and writing words, phrases and sentences with consonant digraphs 'sh', 'ch', 'th', 'ng'.
