RIAS-2 Record Form (pkg 25)

The Reynolds Intellectual Assessment Scales, Second Edition (RIAS-2) is a quick and comprehensive test of general intelligence with low motor demand, from the age of 3 to 94 years.

Retaining all the features that made the original RIAS a popular, the RIAS-2 assesses both verbal and nonverbal intelligence. Verbal intelligence is assessed by measuring verbal problem solving and verbal reasoning, which uses acquired knowledge and skills. Nonverbal intelligence is assessed by measuring reasoning and spatial ability using novel situations and stimuli.

The RIAS-2 is ideal as a stand-alone intellectual assessment or as part of a larger battery to diagnose specific disorders, such as intellectual disabilities or learning disabilities, and for educational placement.

The RIAS-2 Record Form is used by the clinican to record the raw scores, T-scores and indexes. It also includes a profile form, score discrepancies worksheet, reliable change worksheet, and the instructions and recording forms for all of the subtests.
