Derived from the updated Reynolds Intellectual Assessment Scales - Second Edition (RIAS-2) subtests, the Reynolds Intellectual Screening Test - Second Edition (RIST-2) was developed to provide a quick and reliable screening measure of general cognitive aptitude.
The RIST-2 Record Form is used by the clinican to record the raw scores, T-scores and indexes. It also includes a profile form, score discrepancies worksheet, reliable change worksheet, and the instructions and recording forms for the two subtests.
