The Work Aspect Preference Scale II (WAPS 2) is an assessment designed to assess work aspect preferences.
The WAPS is useful in counselling students about appropriate career choices, rehabilitation to work of disabled individuals, providing a general introduction to the study of personal and work values, research on career development and worker satisfaction and life and career integration planning.
The WAPS 2 Question Booklet & Profile Form provides instructions to the client on how to complete the Booklet, followed by space for their basic demographic information.
Each aspect of work is rated on a scale of 1 - 5 (Stands for Totally Unimportant - Stands for Extremely Important). Clients make their ratings by writing a number in the box at the end of the line.
Scoring is facilitated via the included Profile Form.
