The Word Readiness Profile (WRP) is used to employment ability for people with disabilities. It seeks to identify what people can do, rather than what they cannot do; recognises that even substantial limitations coexist with strengths; and assumes that, with appropriate supports, adaptive skills and behaviours can improve.
The WRP Answer Booklets are completed by the test-taker. The WRP consists of ratings on 12 factors, each of which concerns a different major aspect of work and living. For each rating there are one or more statements which need to be answered for the client as true (applies to them), not true (don't not apply to them) or 0 (the rater, interviewer or informant does not know).
Answer Booklets are sold in packs of 10 and are consumable.
