The Word Readiness Profile (WRP) is used to employment ability for people with disabilities. It seeks to identify what people can do, rather than what they cannot do; recognises that even substantial limitations coexist with strengths; and assumes that, with appropriate supports, adaptive skills and behaviours can improve.
The WRP Individual Record Form includes a summary of the individual's performance and the profile obtained by him/her.
Individual Record Forms are sold in packs of 10 and are consumable.

Bachelor's Degree
A Bachelor's degree in an allied health field such as: Psychology, Nursing, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or similar field.
Human Resources (HR)
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources/related discipline OR
- A Bachelor degree in Human Resources/related discipline PLUS evidence of a technical knowledge of test construction, use, administration and feedback OR
