The Reynolds Adolescent Depression Scale, 2nd Ed. (RADS-2) can be used to identify depressive symptoms in adolescents from 11-20 years of age.
The 30-item self-report measures the four basic dimensions of depression: Dysphoric Mood, Anhedonia/Negative Affect, Negative Self-Evaluation, and Somatic Complaints. A Depression Total score represents the overall severity of depressive symptomatology.
A short version, the RADS-2:SF serves as a very brief screening measure of depression in adolescents, assessing the frequency of symptoms that are positive psychopathological signs of a depressive disorder.
The RADS-2 is able to be administered and scored online, via PARiConnect. PARiConnect assesses your clients when and where you need-you can administer assessments online and generate score and Interpretive Reports instantly (assessment dependant).
The Online RADS-2 i-Admins provide on-screen test administration, either in your office or remotely. Respondents will complete the RADS-2 on screen (online), via PARiConnect.
You will not require i-Admins if you are entering data from hard copy Test Booklets. If using this method, you will only need to purchase Online Score Reports.
