TSI-2 Handscorable Answer Sheet (pkg 25)

The Trauma Symptom Inventory-2 (TSI-2) can be used to evaluate acute and chronic posttraumatic symptomatology in adults from 18-88 years of age.

It is designed to evaluate posttraumatic stress and other psychological sequelae of traumatic events, including the effects of sexual and physical assault, intimate partner violence, combat, torture, motor vehicle accidents, mass casualty events, medical trauma, traumatic losses, and childhood abuse or neglect.

The TSI-2 Handscorable Answer Sheet presents areas for recording demographic information, followed by space for the examinee to record their responses to each TSI-2 item.

Under the Answer Sheet there is a Scoring Sheet and Summary Sheet, which are used by the examiner to handscore and convert raw scores to T scores and corresponding percentiles.
