Caregiver-Teacher Report (C-TRF) 1.5-5 DSM-5 Handscoring Profiles (pkg 50)

The Child Behavior Checklist for Ages 1.5-5 (CBCL 1.5-5) obtains parents', day-care providers', and teachers' ratings of 99 problem items plus descriptions of problems, disabilities, respondent concerns about the child, and the best things about the child.

The Caregiver-Teacher Report (C-TRF) 1.5-5 DSM-5 Handscoring Profiles are used to display item and scale scores obtained from the C-TRF 1.5-5 Form. Each problem's score is displayed on the profile, providing a visual representation of the children specific problems that were reported, and the percentile they fall in.

The C-TRF 1.5-5 DSM-5 Handscoring Profile scales include:

• Emotionally Reactive
• Anxious/Depressed
• Somatic Complaints
• Withdrawn
• Attention Problems
• Aggressive Behaviour

In addition to these syndrome scales, the form can be scored in terms of two broad groups, Internalizing and Externalizing problems.

The DSM-5 Oriented Scales include Depressive Problems, Anxiety Problems, Autism Spectrum Problems, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Problems and Oppositional Defiant Problems.
