The Conners Comprehensive Behavior Rating Scales (Conners CBRS) is designed to provide a complete overview of child and adolescent concerns and disorders. The age range for the CBRS is 6-18 for the parent and teacher forms, and 8-18 for the self-report forms.
The Connors CBRS includes the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders: Fifth Edition (DSM-5), Symptom scales, Content scales, Other Clinical Indicators, Critical items, and Impairment items.
The Conners CBRS is available through the MHS Assessment Center+. The MHS Assessment Center+ provides professionals the ability to administer, score and generate reports online. It also allows for printing of forms for client completion, and response entry from paper administrations.
The Conners CBRS Self-Report Online Form allows completion of the Conners CBRS Self-Report Form online. The child/adolescent will select and enter their responses online (the clinician is then provided with a report). This option requires 1 Online Form per client.
For individuals who do not wish to administer the Conners CBRS assessments online, the MHS Assessment Center+ provides the capability of printing paper-and-pencil forms on demand. This option requires 1 Online Response Form (allows the printing of 1 Form, and online scoring and reporting).
