The Nonverbal Personality Questionnaire (NPQ) is a 136-item nonverbal questionnaire that is suitable for the assessment of normal adult personality in counselling and research settings.
Nonverbal assessments are ideal for cross-cultural comparisons and for people who have reading difficulties or language barriers. The items are represented by illustrations that depict personality-relevant behaviors based on Murray’s system of needs, the scales of the Personality Research Form (PRF), and the Five-Factor Model of personality.
The NPQ covers the following personality scales:
