Purpose: Obtain a quick assessment of general personality in adolescents and adults

Age: 12 to 99 years

Time: 10-15 minutes

Administration: Individual or group

The NEO Five-Factor Inventory-3 (NEO-FFI-3) is a 60-item version of the NEO Personality Inventory 3 (NEO PI-3) that provides a quick, reliable, and accurate measure of the five domains of personality:

  1. Neuroticism
  2. Extraversion
  3. Openness
  4. Agreeableness
  5. Conscientiousness

The NEO FFI-3 is especially useful when time is limited and global information on personality is considered sufficient. The NEO-FFI can help you understand an individual's basic emotional, interpersonal, experiential, attitudinal, and motivational styles.

The NEO FFI-3 includes Self-report (Form S) and observer rating (Form R) forms, with separate adolescent and adult norms available.

In addition to scoring software that is available, the NEO FFI-3 can be administered and scored online via PARiConnect. All PARiConnect purchases made directly through ACER include dedicated local support. Contact our Customer Service Team to set up your account today.
