The Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire (SIQ) can be used to screen for suicidal ideation in adolescents from 12-18 years of age. It assesses the frequency of suicidal ideation and serves as a valuable component in a comprehensive assessment of adolescent mental health.
The SIQ consists of 30 items and is appropriate for students in Grades 10-12, and the Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire Junior (SIQ-JR) consists of 15 items and is designed for students in Grades 7-9.
The SIQ and SIQ-JR can be administered and scored online via PARiConnect.
The SIQ-JR i-Admins provide on-screen test administration, either in your office or remotely. Respondents will complete the SIQ-JR on screen (online), via PARiConnect.
SIQ-JR i-Admins may only be used for the 15 item SIQ-JR - the SIQ requires its own specific i-Admins.
