The ACER Psychological Assessment Services HR Assessments Certification is a one-day workshop which incorporates an Introduction to Organisational Testing, Test Administration and HR instruments, and accreditation to use the following assessments:

• ACER HR Assessments (ACER Select, ART-2, TEEM, MRT-2, TAR, SDS)
• Work Personality Index 2nd Edition (WPI 2nd Ed)
• Majors Personality Type Inventory (MajorsPTI).

This course is designed for human resources professionals, executive coaches, industrial-organisational psychologists and talent management executives. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be eligible to use ACER selection tools for: 

• Executive coaching
• High-stakes recruitment
• Employee selection
• High-potential identification and development
• Succession planning
• Team development
• Organisational analysis.

Participants must meet minimum entry requirements for enrolment, including a relevant degree, such as Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Management or Master of Business Administration, as well as demonstrated commercial experience in Human Resources management roles.

This certification will run subject to minimum participant numbers. If the course does not proceed for the advertised date, you may choose to have your registration costs refunded in full or credited towards the same certification at a future time.
