The ACER Psychological Assessment Services HR Assessments Certification is a one-day workshop which incorporates an Introduction to Organisational Testing, Test Administration and HR instruments, and accreditation to use the following assessments:

  • ACER HR Assessments (ACER Select, Abstract Reasoning Test; ART-2, Test of Employment Entry Mathematics; TEEM, Mechanical Reasoning Test; MRT-2, Test of Abstract Reasoning; TAR, Self Directed Search; SDS and Adult Resilience Scale )
  • Work Personality Index 2nd Edition (WPI 2nd Ed)
  • Majors Personality Type Inventory (MajorsPTI).

This course is designed for human resources professionals, executive coaches, industrial-organisational psychologists and talent management executives. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be eligible to use ACER selection tools for:

  • High-stakes recruitment
  • Employee selection
  • High-potential identification and development
  • Succession planning
  • Team development
  • Organisational analysis.

Participants must meet minimum entry requirements for enrolment, including a relevant degree, such as Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Management or Master of Business Administration, as well as demonstrated commercial experience in Human Resources management roles.
